DIY Sports Drink Recipes Based on Salted Lemon Water

Are you keeping yourself hydrated? If you drink lots of water and sweat a lot, and feel tired, some minerals might be leaving the body with the sweat.

Here are three DIY recipes for sports drink that will help keep the mineral body needs. Very important thing to note is to never use table salt. It has to be mineral salt!

Simple Salted WaterWater 1L
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mineral salt 1/2 tsp

Golden Ratio Sports Drink (Close to body fluid)
Water 1L
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mineral salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar (Preferably raw sugar or honey) 1 tbsp

Natural Sports Drink Concentrate
Lemon juice 250ml
Honey 125ml
Mineral Salt 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
* Add 1-2 tbsp to cup of water.
