Soy Cookies - 21kal, protein rich, high fiber

Healthy cookies. No white sugar, no added oils, no white flour used. Low GI, high fiber, high protein.

21 kcal,  2g protein per piece.

Ingredients (Makes about 45 pieces)
Kinako or soy flour  80g
Wheat bran  80g
Graham flour 40g
Tensaitou or beet sugar  35g
Honey  2tbsp
Soy Protein Powder  3 scoops
Mineral salt  1-1.5 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1tbsp (optional)
Water  180ml

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except for honey and water in a bowl.
2. Add water little by little while mixing,
3. Add honey and mix.
4. Use spoon to make pieces and place on baking paper or aluminum foil.
5. Bake in toaster oven or oven for 10-15mins.
